Escala Latin American magazine publishes an article written by  Anatxu Zabalbeascoa for the spanish journal El País about the Bienal Iberoamericana de Arquitectura y Urbanismo (BIAU) where the Sabana Grande Pavement project by Elisa Silva and Enlace Arquitectura were among the winners.
