The design of this sushi restaurant tries to be as simple, clean and open as possible. Aesthetically it tries to create a sober environment with low lighting levels, natural colores and a tendency toward simple materials. The design´s value lies in formal aspects and not in the use of costly or ostentatious materials.

The space is divided into two main areas. The kitchen is located toward the back and occupies a third of the space, it is divided into several working areas. The front of the restaurant represents the main restaurant space with tables in varying configurations for the clients. The ceiling is covered by an installation of koi fish with varying colors and sizes mounted on acrylic in a grid like formation which are illuminated with exposed light bulbs at low lighting levels.
