Elisa Silva from Enlace Arquitectura together with Alejandro Haiek from The Public Machinery, Jorge Pérez Jaramillo and Carlos David Montoya from Opus, shared their experiences in urban projects and the formulation of participation strategies, public policies, activism, environmental risk mitigation and infrastructure interventions.
