Public lecture at Princeton University “Grafted, hybrid (in)complete”

Elisa presented the lecture "Grafted, hybrid (in)complete" as part of the public lecture series at Princeton University School of Architecture on March 18, 2021. After an introduction by Dean Monica Ponce de León, Elisa presented the work by Enlace Arquitectura in the barrio La Palomera over the course of the last 5 years and the evolution of the office's practice, methodologies and focus.

She invites design and architecture to approach the built environment with deference toward the people that live in a neighborhood, to open paths for participation and exercise a form of design that is inclusive and in so doing, less deterministic.
